Onemolease's Law of the Regenerative Constant: Regenerativity as the Non-Negotiable Axiom of Viable Economies
This white paper states, formalises, and operationalises Onemolease's Law of the Regenerative Constant (TRC): regenerativity is the immutable constant of every viable economic system. The economic reality consistent with living-system constraints is abundance generated by the Earth's capacity to regenerate, reproduce, and replenish. When regenerativity is held as the non-negotiable constant R(t) ≡ C, shared prosperity can compound. When it is treated as a variable, power concentrates, regenerative capacity is suppressed, and scarcity is produced as a system output rather than discovered as a natural fact. The paper supplies a canonical definition; a standard modal representation of obligation, permission, and prohibition under the law; the Master Document system of equations; derivations of the Regenerative Surplus Index (RSI) and Gross Regenerative Surplus (GRS); a compliance test for existing economic schools; and industry case studies in aquaculture, agriculture, mining, and logistics, with policy import for each. The argument is universal and non-sectarian. Implementation infrastructure such as the Universal Market Ecosystem Infrastructure (UMEI) is treated only as an instance of protocol-native encoding, not as a substitute for the law.
