EOSC Marine D1.1 Project Handbook
This Project Handbook (D1.1) sets out the management, quality and governance procedures that all EOSC-Marine partners follow to implement the project. It describes the governance bodies established under the Consortium Agreement, namely the General Assembly, the Steering Board, the Technical Board and the Stakeholder Advisory Board, together with their roles, composition and meeting schedule. It presents the project's collaboration tools, including the Document Management System hosted on the EOSC Node | European Digital Twin Ocean on D4Science, the mailing lists, and the project meetings. It defines the quality assurance framework for deliverables, from production and internal peer review to submission, and the procedure for publishing all project results in the EOSC-Marine Catalogue and on Zenodo, so that they are findable, citable, and onboarded into the EOSC Federation. The Handbook also sets out the risk management and contingency plan, the procedures for conflict resolution, the rules on intellectual property and confidentiality, and the principles for data management, open access and ethics. It is a living document and will be updated whenever procedures change during the project.
