Inflation and Dynamic Dark Energy from Microscopic Vorton Backreaction
This work establishes a first-principles hydrodynamic origin for both cosmic inflation and late-time dark energy directly from an arithmetic discrete vorton lattice without invoking ad-hoc scalar fields or fine-tuned potentials: Lattice Foundation: The vacuum substrate is formulated as a rigid, finite vorton network anchored by discrete Heegner arithmetic, establishing an irreducible physical spacing that serves as a permanent ultraviolet cutoff. Inflationary Collapse Instability: A geometric commensurability defect and Casimir residue drive exponential enstrophy self-amplification through three-dimensional vorton collapse, generating roughly fifty-nine e-folds of rapid cosmic expansion without an inflaton field. Dynamic Dark Energy: Following inflation, the frozen lattice relaxes under cosmic expansion, where topological friction generates a dynamic vacuum energy density inversely proportional to the squared Hubble expansion rate, providing a hydrodynamic realization of an ever-present cosmological constant. Singularity Elimination: The fundamental inter-vorton spacing bounds all spatial gradients, ensuring finite curvature and ruling out future big rip singularities from geometric first principles.
