SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND "REAL SOVEREIGNTY": SYNERGETIC DIMENSIONS OF ENSURING PEACE IN A DEMOCRATIC SOCIETY

This article examines the synergetic significance of social responsibility in ensuring peace within the development of a democratic society. Classical and contemporary approaches to social responsibility are compared, and it is demonstrated that the development of the global market economy has created a "dividing line" between economic activity and morality. The article substantiates the argument that violations of social responsibility and justice contribute to the strengthening of ideas associated with de-sovereignization. It also introduces the concept of "real sovereignty," grounded in the principle of personal responsibility, and identifies its principal criteria. Information security is considered an essential component of real sovereignty.

Abstract

This article examines the synergetic significance of social responsibility in ensuring peace within the development of a democratic society. Classical and contemporary approaches to social responsibility are compared, and it is demonstrated that the development of the global market economy has created a "dividing line" between economic activity and morality. The article substantiates the argument that violations of social responsibility and justice contribute to the strengthening of ideas associated with de-sovereignization. It also introduces the concept of "real sovereignty," grounded in the principle of personal responsibility, and identifies its principal criteria. Information security is considered an essential component of real sovereignty.
