Palabras claveTrabajo, vocación, orientación profesional, pandemia, política, bienestar laboralAbstractThe main objective of this study has been to find out the concept of decent work of young employees with job instability, where the definition of the participants has been identified both pre-test and post-test, a chronological view of how the concept of decent work has evolved since past, present and into the future; and labor political influence on this issue. For this, a qualitative study has been carried out through open questionnaires using the Padlet tool and a virtual photolanguage session in order to know the specific situations of each participant and how they propose their work idea. The results show how the concept of decent work is known by the participants and what are the variables that influence it. We confirm that the divorce between vocation and work affects the mood of the subjects, in addition to the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic that has generated greater instability, hence the participants have a blurred vision of where they are headed direct.KeywordsWork, vocation, professional orientation, pandemic, politics, labor welfare
