A 26-year-old male presented to the outpatient department with complaints of thick, itchy, brownish skin lesions over the nape of the neck, buttocks, and extensor aspect of the right leg for 2 years.Cutaneous examination revealed multiple well-defined, verrucous brownish-black plaques of varying sizes, ranging from 1x1 cm to 5x5 cm, located at the nape of the neck, buttocks, and extensor aspect of the right leg [Figure 1a-c].Examination of nails, hair, and mucosa was normal.Systemic examination was unremarkable. No relevant family history was elicited.Dermoscopy showed a hyperkeratotic rim corresponding to the histopathological conoid lamella, along with central atrophy and homogeneous brown pigmentation [Figure 1d].
