The Crown Cell Closes as an Obstruction: The Shear Extent m Is Not Determined by Any Mechanics the Frame Owns
Attacks the derivation of the shear extent m (equivalently the unpaired count k = |411 - 2m| and the toll 411/400) on the three roads the record left open, and completes the obstruction. The sever pressure's finished mechanics (closure B, reproduced) contain no m input, and every crew-built m-channel completion fails owned conditions. The dynamics road fails on a computed two-coordinate independence: the operator count depends only on the state's self-twin population, the surplus count only on its sign split, each free over 201 values at the other's declared point; every transcription of the bounce's forced incoherence fixes at most one coordinate, statistically, or via an unowned identification (whose literal form would give k = 411 and kill the declaration -- printed as a conditional). The joint wake system does narrow the admissible counts from 206 to 21 (f_W(k) = 1 - 8x/(1-x)^2 stays on the axis only for k <= 41; m in [185, 205] on the snap branch). Twenty-one complete models of the written premise list, one per surviving count, share every owned datum and return 21 distinct tolls: m is not determined by any mechanics the frame owns. The four retiring premises are named and priced. Vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED; producing-count 0.
