Preliminary TOGAF ADM Enterprise Architecture for Correspondence and Records Management at Purwokerto Utara Subdistrict
The Integrated Dynamic Records Information System (SRIKANDI) requires alignment among work processes, user responsibilities, information management, and institutional technology support. This study presents a preliminary enterprise architecture design for correspondence and records management at the Purwokerto Utara Subdistrict Office based on limited empirical evidence. It uses a qualitative case study and the TOGAF Architecture Development Method, limited to the Preliminary Phase, Phases A–D, and Requirements Management. The primary data consist of one interview conducted on 16 October 2026, lasting 12 minutes and 47 seconds, supplemented by public subdistrict documents, regional records-classification regulations, and official SRIKANDI guidance. The interview transcript was automatically generated and has not been confirmed as verbatim. No direct observation, account inspection, internal letter sampling, or network measurement was conducted. Analysis covers categorizing findings, classifying evidence, formulating requirements, modeling architecture, conducting gap analysis, and checking design traceability. The outputs comprise six requirements, four architecture domains, six conceptual information groups, as-is and to-be process models, data and application relationships, an incident-handling design, and three indicators for future measurement. SRIKANDI remains the principal service; supplementary copies must comply with institutional authority and policies. An internal review links requirements, design components, and evidence still needed. The design has not been validated by subdistrict stakeholders or tested operationally; therefore, implementation feasibility and performance changes cannot yet be concluded.
