INTELLIGENT_D3.1_Energy Web Digital Spine - EWDS 2.0 [M18]

This deliverable presents the outcomes of the interoperable data exchange platform and system integration task, focusing on the deployment and integration of the Energy Web Digital Spine, that was generalised and customised for the INTELLIGENT project as "EWDS 2.0", including its Client Gateway component. It describes how EWDS establishes a shared event-driven communication layer, leveraging a decentralised, blockchain-enhanced infrastructure to enable interoperable, secure and privacy-preserving data exchange across INTELLIGENT project services and pilots via respective, locally installed CGWs and Grid API. The report outlines the development architecture and the resulting integration model, dataflows, and operational setup, and it describes the supporting ontology for consistent cross-service data interpretation.
