BRILIAN Dissemination and Communication Report (Progress Report) D7.8

This deliverable presents the BRILIAN Dissemination and Communication Progress Report at Month 30, covering activities carried out from May 2024 to October 2025. It provides an update on the implementation and evolution of the project’s communication and dissemination strategy, assessing progress and effectiveness against the Key Performance Indicators established for the project. The report covers the main communication channels and materials developed during the period, including the project website, social media, newsletters, press and media activities, digital and printed materials, videos and promotional campaigns. It also describes the improvements introduced to strengthen stakeholder outreach, such as lead-generation activities, targeted digital campaigns, new audiovisual content and the continuous adaptation of communication materials. Particular attention is given to activities aimed at stakeholder engagement and knowledge transfer, including workshops, training sessions, participation in conferences and trade fairs, scientific and sectoral publications, policy engagement, the Advisory Board of Farmers and synergies with other European projects. The report also highlights actions undertaken to communicate pilot results and strengthen the replication potential of BRILIAN’s solutions. Finally, the deliverable assesses communication and dissemination performance through the project’s monitoring framework and KPIs. The results show substantial progress in visibility, stakeholder engagement, networking and dissemination, while identifying areas and activities to be further strengthened during the remaining project period.
