INTELLIGENT_D3.3_OCN 2.0 (GitHub, with documentation) [M18]

This deliverable presents OCN 2.0, a data integration service developed by Energy Web AG under Task 3.1 of the INTELLIGENT project, that extends the Energy Web Digital Spine (EWDS) 2.0 Client Gateway to ingest, normalise, and publish EV charging installation data across the INTELLIGENT platform. Built as a purpose-specific component of the EWDS infrastructure delivered under D3.1, OCN 2.0 connects EV charging points at the Lugaggia Innovation Community (LIC) and Collaborative Energy Living Lab (CELL) pilot sites in Switzerland to the shared EWDS messaging layer, making active power output measurements and charger specification parameters available to the Flexibility and Energy Optimisation Service (FOS) modules and the Grid Singularity Decentralised Energy Exchange (GSY DEX) through a single, consistent publish/subscribe interface. The deliverable comprises the OCN 2.0 software component hosted in the EWAG’s INTELLIGENT project repository, the deployed and verified integration at LIC pilot site, where an 11 kW EV charging point managed by AEM publishes power output readings at 15-minute resolution to the EWDS messaging layer, a deployment configuration for CELL pending pilot specification under WP6, and EV-charging-specific extensions to the shared INTELLIGENT Common Semantic Data Model at version 1.0 — including the int:EVCharger class definition, measurement point definitions, and two versioned JSON message schemas. D3.3 contributes to Milestone 5 (M18) and establishes the EV charging data integration foundation that WP4 FOS modules and WP5 GSY DEX, and billing and payment service require.
