FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA REMAJA USIA 15–17 TAHUN DI KABUPATEN BANDUNG

Elevated blood pressure during adolescence carries a substantial risk of tracking into adulthood, thereby exacerbating future cardiovascular disease morbidity. This study aimed to examine factors associated with blood pressure among adolescents aged 15–17 years in Bandung Regency. An observational analytic design with a cross-sectional approach was implemented using secondary data from the Free Health Check-up Screening recorded in the SatuSehat Indonesia Health Information System between January and July 2026. A total of 2,259 adolescents were selected through total sampling based on predefined inclusion criteria. Data were evaluated using univariate, bivariate (chi-square test), and multivariate analyses via multiple logistic regression with the Backward Likelihood Ratio method at . The results revealed that 1,033 adolescents (45.7%) exhibited elevated blood pressure, with the final multivariate model confirming that nutritional status (p = 0.010), anxiety (p < 0.001), age (p = 0.018), and sex (p < 0.001) were independently and significantly associated with blood pressure.
