New data on the norms of output of Pacific herring of various types of manual cutting

Based on the results of the experimental control work (ECW), data were obtained on the yield of cut Pacific herring (Clupea pallasii) of the winter (January) and summer (July) periods of harvesting (catch) in the Sea of Okhotsk in 2025. The average annual yield of Pacific herring, divided into: gutted and deheaded, carcass, special-processed carcass, skin-on-bone fillet, skin-off-bone fillet, and double-skin fillet («butterfly»), has been determined. These values will serve as the basis for preparing the justification materials for updating the collection of unified industry norms.
