Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen Donasi Berbasis Web pada Lembaga Amil Zakat Insan Madani Jambi dengan Metode Prototype

LAZ Insan Madani Jambi is a provincial amil zakat institution established in 2007 to manage zakat, infaq, and alms professionally. However, the current donation management system still relies on manual recording using Microsoft Excel. This condition causes data redundancy, where officers have to re-enter donor profiles for every new transaction. Inefficiency also occurs because recording transactions and printing receipts are separate processes, forcing officers to do double work for the same data. In addition, the manual report recapitulation process takes a long time, around 1-2 days for monthly reports and 4-7 days for annual reports. This study aims to design and build a web-based donation management information system using the prototype method to overcome these operational problems. The system is built using the Laravel 11 framework and Filament version 3. System functionality testing uses Black-box Testing with Equivalence Partitioning and Boundary Value Analysis techniques. The results of this study are expected to accelerate the financial reporting process and minimize the risk of human error through an integrated database system.
