Covariance-Driven Cosmological Regimes, Conserved Feedback and Quantum Interfaces in an SL(6,C) Framework

We construct conditional interfaces from geometric information dynamics to cosmological evolution and quantum gauge fields. CGICE moment equations yield a conserved covariance-response model with three ordered cosmological regimes on an open parameter region. The SL(6,C) weighted-root model gives explicit spectra, while inverse covariance data identify the additional condition for a three-to-one rate ratio. Retained curvature integrals, finite path measures, state embeddings and a Fisher variational construction distinguish quantum compatibility from physical state selection. We reduce a specified compact six-dimensional gauge action, compute its colour, weak and Abelian trace coefficients, and derive the four-dimensional classical gauge equations. A Higgs mass matrix determines the photon and charge operator under explicit representation and vacuum assumptions. An imposed instanton matching condition gives a scale-labelled strong coupling; specified field content then yields explicit one-loop running and threshold relations. Eliminating the unified coupling and scale produces a residual test with an error bound. We derive exhaustive regime boundaries, conservative receiver routing, an exact constraint retraction and a finite filtration-tracking result. The mechanisms for physical clocks, gravitational response, or the selection of one among three spacetime/quantum phases remain open questions.
