Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Data National Paralympic Committee Indonesia (NPCI) Sumatera Selatan Berbasis Web Menggunakan Metode Waterfall

National Paralympic Committee Indonesia (NPCI) South Sumatra is an organization responsible for managing adaptive sports for athletes with disabilities. However, data management for management staff, coaches, and athletes across 17 regencies/cities, as well as public information dissemination, was still conducted manually using Microsoft Excel, Word, and WhatsApp. This resulted in slow data retrieval and limited public information access. This study aims to design and develop a web-based data management information system. The Waterfall methodology was applied, consisting of requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. The system was developed using the Laravel framework, PHP, and MySQL database. Black Box Testing was employed for system evaluation. The test results showed that all functions across 23 scenarios performed as expected. This system successfully integrates internal data management and serves as an official information portal for the public.
