30th Anniversary Jubilee of Collaborative Research in Non-Destructive Testing

This paper reflects on thirty years of synergistic cooperation between the global NDT community— facilitated by NDT.net—and the theoretical and practical contributions of Edouard Nesvijski. Over three decades, this partnership has bridged the gap between complex wave physics and industrial application, particularly in the realms of structural health monitoring, ultrasonic transducer design, and the advancement of Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE) methods. This milestone was recently celebrated during the International NDT Symposium in Brazil, marking a legacy of over 120 publications and numerous technological breakthroughs and a new Book "Amazing Acoustics" as dedication to students and engineers involved to acoustic and ultrasonic parts of non-destructing testing.
