ON THE CONCEPT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

The article examines the theoretical issues surrounding the conceptualization of information technologies used in Russian criminal proceedings. Given the lack of a unified understanding of information technologies across various spheres of social relations, an attempt has been made to formulate the author's own definition of information technologies within the context of criminal proceedings.
