Hierarchy of Regularized Equations for 3D Navier-Stokes Equations: Unconditional Global Smoothness of the Limit Solution

This work develops the framework based on polycentric geometry, annihilation superposition, scenario-structural diffusion, and correlated fluctuation decay. We introduce a hierarchy of regularized equations that interpolates between the original Navier-Stokes equations and a regularized system. We prove that the limit solution is globally smooth unconditionally, and that it exactly coincides with the original solution under explicit technical conditions. We carefully distinguish between what is proved as Theorems, what is hypothesized, and what is axiomatized. The hierarchy interpolates between the original equation and a regularized system. Hence the original solution is globally smooth.
