CRITICAL ANALYSIS & LOGICAL INCONSISTENCIES IN THE SOFT HAIR HYPOTHESIS
The Soft Hair Memory proposal introduced by Sabrina Pasterski, Stephen Hawking, and Andrew Strominger attempts toresolve the Black Hole Information Paradox by postulating that infalling particles leave soft quantum phase-shiftexcitations on the event horizon. This paper presents a systematic critique of the Soft Hair model by directly contrastingestablished frameworks against structural logical paradoxes. We demonstrate that the Soft Hair model induces anunavoidable Trilemma: it either violates the Quantum No-Cloning Theorem by generating duplicate quantum states, invalidates General Relativity by asserting smooth-horizon filtering mechanisms, or causes a 3-copy state multiplicationwhen integrated with Hawking Radiation. We argue for an un-duplicated Scrambled-Information Infall Model and evaluateWhite Hole topology as a unitary alternative.
