Benchmark protocol v1: QCapital portfolio-construction benchmark

Protocol of a benchmark of classical and quantum solvers for cardinality-constrained portfolio construction. It was fixed on 17 October 2026 before any measurement, as recorded in commit ff89556 of the private application repository. This deposit was made on 2 November 2026, after the benchmark was run. It publishes the protocol unchanged, but it is not an external timestamp prior to the measurements. The Spanish file is the authoritative text; the English file is a translation.
