FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PEMANFAATAN BPJS TERHADAP PELAYANAN KESEHATAN PESERTA BPJS DI PUSKEMAS LAPANDEWA KABUPATEN BUTON SELATAN

The National Health Insurance (JKN) program administered by the Healthcare and Social Security Agency (BPJS Kesehatan) aims to ensure equitable healthcare access, yet primary care utilization at Lapandewa Public Health Center remains suboptimal. This quantitative study with a cross-sectional design aimed to analyze factors associated with healthcare service utilization among BPJS participants at Lapandewa Public Health Center, South Buton Regency, in 2026. A sample of 97 respondents was calculated using the Slovin formula and selected via purposive sampling based on specific regional and active membership inclusion criteria. Data were gathered through structured questionnaires and examined using univariate analysis, bivariate chi-square tests, and multivariate binary logistic regression. The findings revealed that knowledge was significantly associated with service utilization (p=0.002; "Exp" (B)=98.566), whereas age (p=0.449), gender (p=0.749), and employment status (p=0.081) exhibited no statistically significant associations. The public health center is recommended to intensify communicative outreach regarding participant entitlements and referral procedures to stimulate community health-seeking behavior.

A sample of 97 respondents was calculated using the Slovin formula and selected via purposive sampling based on specific regional and active membership inclusion criteria. The public health center is recommended to intensify communicative outreach regarding participant entitlements and referral procedures to stimulate community health-seeking behavior.
