Mirny's Cosmodynamics: Notes. Note 11. "Cascade": a staircase instead of an expansion.

Notes 8 and 9 described jets as phase drainage and the cosmological constantas the remanent Preisach response. Here we add the time axis: expansion is not asmooth function but a staircase of plateaus and steps, each step being a closed loop ofthe induction grid (MCHM, Theorem 5), with the step size set by winding geometryand therefore common to all catalogues. Three testable consequences are stated:cross-correlation of the redshift step between independent samples; attribution of thelocalrelict H0 tension to dierent segments of the staircase; and the interpretationof the KBC void as branches not yet risen above the threshold.
