Simulation Models of Planning Structure of Tourist Areas and Development Proposals

Relevance . The article is devoted to simulation modeling of strategic planning of the territory development. The authors emphasize its critical role in creating scenarios that take into account engineering training, social factors and risks, which are often ignored in favor of quick results. The proposed two-component model of sports and tourist facilities combines the urban planning analysis of the area potential and design of flexible functional zones. The key tool is an algorithm similar to Dijkstra's algorithm, which determines the optimal sequence of the infrastructure development and social parameters to achieve the target condition of the territory, minimizing collisions and irrational costs. Purpose: The aim of the work is to conduct a comprehensive analysis and study works of other authors to identify common patterns and vectors for future research aimed at creating an integrated and inclusive environment for recreation and sports. Methodology: The historical and archival analysis, mathematical modeling, urban planning analysis, statistical analysis, scenario design and mathematical modeling. Research findings: The main problem areas and methods of their solution are identified. The strategic planning algorithm is proposed as a tool for solving problems, which makes it possible to reduce the number of errors in the development of the urban environment.

Abstract
