THE SIGNIFICANCE OF A COMPREHENSIVE DIAGNOSTIC APPROACH IN THE EARLY DETECTION OF OVARIAN BRENNER TUMORS AND PREDICTION OF CLINICAL OUTCOMES

This article provides a scientific analysis of the significance of a comprehensive diagnostic approach in the early detection of ovarian Brenner tumors and the prediction of clinical outcomes. Brenner tumors are rare epithelial neoplasms of the ovary and are often characterized by nonspecific clinical manifestations and slow progression. Therefore, their detection at an early stage remains an important challenge in clinical practice. The study comprehensively evaluated the results of clinical examinations, instrumental diagnostic methods, including ultrasonography (US), computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), laboratory parameters, as well as histological and immunohistochemical findings. The obtained data demonstrated that a comprehensive diagnostic approach enables a more accurate assessment of the morphological characteristics of the tumor, differentiation between benign and malignant forms, and selection of an individualized treatment strategy. Furthermore, this approach plays an important role in the reliable prediction of clinical outcomes and contributes to improving patients’ quality of life.
