THE PERFECT DIGITAL SWEETHEART
This conceptual paper examines how interactive AI actresses and companions extend celebrity idealization through synthetic responsiveness, personalization, and memory. It applies the proposed Scretching DRP, DRL, SDM, and D-SDM frameworks alongside research on social comparison, parasocial interaction, and AI attachment. Using Tilly Norwood as a media case, it develops testable propositions concerning idealization, escalating expectations, authenticity disclosure, and relational substitution. The analysis distinguishes individual benefits from broader social effects and recognizes attachment-like experiences without claiming that AI companions will universally redefine attractiveness or replace human relationships.
