A homeostatic role for Alox enzyme function.

We used an integrated systems biologic approach to describing a basic function for Alox enzymes in cells undergoing homeostatic shift. This function presumably becomes perturbed in pathologic contexts featuring Alox-mediated inflammatory support of disease.
