Isotropization as a consequence of hysteresis: shares, pairings, and the "birth function" of Mirny
We show that the macroscopic isotropy of the Universe is not the absence of memory, but its averaging over an ensemble of hysteretic states. The concept of \textit{survivor's democracy} is introduced: a mechanism in which channel roles are re-drawn in each generation cycle (with probability 4:5), ensuring homogeneity and stationarity. The \textit{Mirny birth function} is proposed---a generating function of memory states with recursive weight regeneration, distinct from the classical Preisach ensemble. The role of neutrinos as a relaxation medium is considered, and a falsifier based on CMB-S4 data and CMB anomalies is proposed.
