Absolute Cosmological Scales and Radial Gravity from a Three-Parameter Continuum Medium: The Universe Model

I present a radial cosmological model generated from a fixed three-parameter continuum-medium state. In the gas branch, the frozen dimensionless solution is rho_hat = x^-3, M_hat = beta + ln(x), and g_hat = (beta + ln(x))/x^2 for 1 <= x <= Q. The inherited absolute solver contains two internal parent responses with different radius homogeneities, G_ether r_t = H and G_ether r_t^2 = K, giving a nonsingular logarithmic Jacobian and the positive solution r_t = K/H and G_ether = H^2/K. No observed H0, Hubble radius, or other cosmological scale is inserted as an additional scale-setting datum. The current solution gives r_t = 0.9857611313 Gly and R_* = 14.5206828243 Gly. A curvature-pressure readout gives g_E = c^2/R_*, while a separately typed mass-field readout reproduces the same acceleration with a relative numerical difference of approximately 3.8 × 10^-15. The corresponding inverse-time scale is H_equiv = 67.33789544 km s^-1 Mpc^-1. A separately inherited age operator gives T_U = 13.79712370897 Gyr. The work is restricted to the absolute radial background, its gravitational structure, absolute-scale closure, and associated cosmological readouts. It does not claim a complete FLRW expansion history, a full cosmological redshift-distance law, or a complete replacement for standard observational cosmology. The accompanying files include the preprint, supplementary material, figures, numerical tables, and reproducibility data. Preprint — Not Peer Reviewed
