Analisis Sistem Pelaksanaan Integrasi Layanan Primer (ILP) pada Klaster 2 di Puskesmas Maracang Kabupaten Purwakarta
The implementation of Primary Care Integration (ILP) in Cluster 2 (Maternal and Child Health) at Maracang Public Health Center, Purwakarta Regency, is part of primary healthcare transformation based on a life-cycle approach. However, implementation still requires strengthening in human resources, service processes, recording and reporting, and information-system integration. This study aimed to analyze the Cluster 2 ILP implementation system based on input, process, and output components and identify implementation barriers and strengthening recommendations. A descriptive qualitative design using the Input–Process–Output (IPO) framework was employed from May to July 2026. Fourteen informants were purposively selected, comprising 2 key, 8 main, and 4 triangulation informants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document review and analyzed through data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings showed that inputs were generally available, although human resources, facilities, and information-system integration remained limited. Processes were implemented through cross-program coordination, mini-workshops, supervision, and periodic monitoring, but network integration and recording required strengthening. Outputs indicated more organized service delivery, with an E-PKP achievement of 82.33% in 2025. Cluster 2 ILP implementation is operational but not yet optimal and requires continuous strengthening.
