Strategi Pembiasaan Keagamaan dalam Membangun Budaya Mutu Siswa di SMK Sunnatunnur Senori
Quality culture in schools encompasses not only academic achievement but also the development of students’ character, discipline, moral conduct, and positive habits. Religious habituation is considered a strategic approach for strengthening these dimensions through consistent practices embedded in daily school life. This study aims to examine the strategy of religious habituation in building students’ quality culture at SMK Sunnatunnur Senori. The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data were collected through interviews with school administrators, teachers, and other relevant school representatives, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that religious habituation is implemented through routine activities involving members of the school community. The process is supported by mapping students’ abilities, mentoring, gradual guidance, discipline monitoring, evaluation, and follow-up actions. Religious habituation is therefore not limited to the performance of worship-related activities but also functions as an instrument for cultivating responsibility, discipline, morality, and constructive daily behavior. The study implies that a consistent, participatory, and evaluative habituation program can contribute to the development of a sustainable quality culture among students and should be integrated into the broader management and character education practices of vocational schools.
