EPIDEMIOLOGICAL AND PREDICTIVE-PREVENTIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF TRANSNOSOLOGICAL COMORBIDITY IN WOMEN OF REPRODUCTIVE AGE WITH ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE

The article evaluates the epidemiological and predictive-preventive characteristics of transnosological comorbidity in coronary artery disease (CAD) among women of reproductive age. The study included 4,990 women aged 15-49 years, of whom 155 were diagnosed with CAD through screening. The coexistence of CAD with cardiovascular and non-cardiovascular comorbidities was analyzed in relation to the clinical forms of CAD, age, and sociodemographic characteristics. The findings indicate that a comprehensive assessment of transnosological comorbidity is important for the early identification of reproductive-age women at increased risk of CAD, risk stratification, and improvement of differentiated predictive, preventive, and prophylactic approaches.
