Determinants of Investment Efficiency in Green Industries: An Empirical Study in the Context of the “Dual Carbon” Policy

{'en': 'This study uses provincial-level panel data from 2011 to 2023 and uses the Super-SBM model to measure investment efficiency of green industries; and models with two-way fixed effects, stage interaction, and mechanism test are constructed. The findings indicate that green finance, technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading can have positive impacts on the efficiency of investments, and environmental regulations have an inverted U curve effect; after the “Dual Carbon” policy is introduced, the marginal effect of green finance and technological innovation has increased, and the upgrading of industrial structure needs to focus on the optimization of factor allocation under the premise of efficiency.'}
