Conjecture 5.5 of arXiv:2610.36179 checked for rank-4 quivers of height at most 7

Exhaustive check of Conjecture 5.5 of arXiv:2610.36179 (the height bound for mutation-acyclicity) for every rank-4 quiver of height 4, 5, 6 and 7, up to vertex relabelling. No counterexample: every class without an acyclic quiver is classified cyclic by the authors' decide() (github.com/KTKAW/rank4-paper, supplement/quiver4.py, commit bcfb9ec1). Certificates (class digests, witness paths, samples) and a replay script are in certificates_quiver_h4_h7.zip. The check relies on the authors' Theorem 5.1 and their implementation.
