Contribuições da sistematização da assistência de enfermagem para o planejamento reprodutivo com enfoque nos métodos contraceptivos reversíveis de longa duração.
Reproductive planning involves women's right to make informed decisions about contraception, requiring access to information and adequate support from healthcare services. Among the available options are long-acting reversible contraceptives (LARCs), which are highly effective and require individualized counseling. This study aimed to analyze the contributions of the Systematization of Nursing Care (SNC) to reproductive planning, focusing on these contraceptive methods. An integrative literature review was adopted as the methodology, allowing the collection and analysis of studies related to nursing care, women's health, and contraception. The studies highlighted the importance of nursing consultations, patient-centered care, health education, and organized nursing practices in supporting informed contraceptive choices. Difficulties related to access to healthcare services, social vulnerability, and the demands faced by healthcare professionals were also identified. In this context, the Municipal Protocol for the Insertion and Removal of Subdermal Contraceptive Implants, developed in Pinhão, Paraná, Brazil, provides guidelines for organizing healthcare services, professional training, and patient follow-up. Therefore, it is concluded that the Systematization of Nursing Care can contribute to improving reproductive planning by promoting more organized, individualized care that respects women's autonomy, provided that adequate conditions for its implementation are ensured within healthcare services.
