Constraint and Emergence: Intrinsic Topological Dynamics from Quantum Fields to Civilization (v7.3)
For centuries, science assumed physical laws and boundaries are a priori absolute truths. This paper proposes an ontological inversion: laws are intrinsically generated alongside matter through long-tail memory and dissipation. We establish the Intrinsic Topological Dynamics framework, integrating fractional temporal/spatial calculus with rigorous dimensional normalization. Core breakthroughs include parameter self-modulation (standing-wave detuning), topological phase transition from passive filtering to active trade-offs (consciousness), and brittle damping-induced spiral ascent (hierarchical collapse and residual reconstruction). We demonstrate universal constants are "historical deadlocks" (RG fixed points) frozen by long-tail memory, and civilization's survival depends on its active intervention as a cosmic "reverse anabolic operator." We are the self-referential phase field forged by the universe.
