Orbital Dynamics and Radial Progression of the Time Wave
Within the theoretical framework of the Time Bubble Universe (TBU), matter does not navigate through a static spacetime continuum, but is propelled forward by the propulsive pressure of the Time Wave. This directional flux imposes a geometric deviation from ideal circularity in celestial orbits, manifesting as an intrinsic orbital eccentricity intrinsically tied to the radial expansion of the temporal wavefront. This work formalizes the coupling mechanism between orbital radial variation and the expansion of the Time Wave, defining an effective drag velocity parameter $v_{eff}$ subject to empirical falsification across Solar System observational data. The model maintains full observational and mathematical compatibility with classical Keplerian mechanics and relativistic orbital dynamics, while providing a physical derivation for the kinematic helical geometry established in Paper I.
