Pengembangan e-LabCare untuk Integrasi Data Laboratorium, Tekanan Darah, dan Terapi Obat Antihipertensi

Hypertension therapy evaluation requires longitudinal information that connects blood pressure measurements, laboratory examination results, and medication history. In practice, these data are often recorded separately, making continuous evaluation difficult. This study aims to develop e-LabCare as a digital health information system that integrates laboratory data, blood pressure, and antihypertensive therapy within a single longitudinal platform. The system was developed using the Waterfall method consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The developed modules include user management, laboratory examination recording, systolic and diastolic blood pressure recording, medication history including drug name, dose, frequency and treatment period, examination history, trend visualization, and health insight. Initial functional testing using simulated data showed that the main system functions could operate according to their intended processes. The system is currently capable of displaying health parameters and medication periods in an integrated manner. However, clinical effectiveness has not yet been evaluated because testing still uses simulated data. e-LabCare therefore provides a functional prototype for longitudinal health-data integration and can be further evaluated through usability testing and validation using real-world data.
