Protocol for scoping review on implementation of PIPAC or PITAC for PM and MPE

The scoping review identifies which components of existing strategies are suitable for standardization and which should remain adaptable to local contexts. The review is intended to serve not only as evidence synthesis, but also as the scientific basis for subsequent design of implementation strategies and toolkit. The overall goal is to facilitate the clinical implementation, scalability and long-term sustainability of PIPAC/PITAC-based interventions across diverse European healthcare settings. The specific aim of this study is to identify, characterize and synthesize literature which can inform the development of context-sensitive, scalable and sustainable implementation strategy and toolkit for PIPAC/PITAC in diverse health care systems with a focus on the in-hospital setting.
