Pengaruh Amartha And Women Empowerment terhadap Kesejahteraan Ekonomi Keluarga Perempuan Pelaku Usaha Rumahan di Kecamatan Blora
Financial technology (fintech) has expanded access to financing for micro, small, and medium enterprises, particularly home industries run by women, yet financing alone has proven insufficient to ensure sustainable family economic welfare without accompanying empowerment. This study aims to examine the influence of Amartha Micro Fintech (X1) and women empowerment (X2) on family economic welfare (Y) among women home-industry entrepreneurs in Blora Sub-district, Blora Regency, evaluated within an Islamic economic perspective encompassing the principles of maslahah, 'adl, and falah. A quantitative associative approach was employed, involving 104 respondents who are active financing recipients of Amartha Micro Fintech, selected using the Lemeshow formula with a minimum sample of 97. Data were collected through questionnaires, limited interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with classic assumption tests, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that Amartha Micro Fintech has no significant partial effect on family economic welfare, whereas women empowerment has a significant and dominant effect. Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect family economic welfare, explaining 59.5% of its variance. These findings indicate that, in an Islamic economic perspective, financing (mal) functions merely as a means toward welfare (maslahah), while genuine family welfare (falah) is optimally achieved when financing is accompanied by adequate women empowerment.
