English Abstract: Starting from the contrast of dual scales between the macro-universe and the micro-cell, this paper profoundly reflects on the arrogance of the old medical paradigm that treats the human body as "machine parts." The paper points out that organ lesions are merely the end-stage manifestation of long-term deviations in cellular physical states, emphasizing that cells are the true fundamental source of life. Drawing on the philosophy that "a thousand-mile dike is destroyed by a single ant hole," this paper proposes that medicine must return from "organ-centrism" to "cell-centrism," utilizing the "First Sword" of T.N.E.P.R to capture disorders before chemical changes occur, achieving a philosophical shift from "cold parts replacement" to "warm systemic awakening."
