NSCS CoS | WP1 | M1.1 Annual F2F Meeting

In March 2025, ELIXIR’s Node and People-tier Commissioned Services (CoS) held their annual meeting, organised in collaboration with PeoplePulse and the People-TtT (Train the Trainer) Commissioned Services. The event was conducted in a hybrid format to ensure accessibility for all members and was co-located with the Triangle meeting in Lisbon, aligning with the annual Node, Training, and Technical Coordinator gathering. The primary objective of the meeting was to provide a dedicated forum for strategic discussion, planning, and decision-making in support of Node Support CoS (NSCS) objectives. The agenda focused on reviewing progress, identifying ongoing challenges, and exploring new opportunities aligned with the broader ELIXIR mission. Key discussion areas included updates on CoS initiatives, alignment of goals across tiers, and strategies for enhancing collaboration and impact. This face-to-face meeting also served as a valuable opportunity to strengthen interpersonal connections and promote a cohesive community culture among NSCS members. It fostered deeper engagement and understanding across roles, enhancing cross-tier collaboration within ELIXIR.Major outcomes and supporting documentation from the meeting were shared by NSCS leads in subsequent monthly meetings to ensure dissemination across the wider Node and People tier CoS. These outcomes are expected to inform ongoing activities and guide and gather feedback for potential directions for these CoS in 2027-8.
