Spectral Stability and Asymptotic Regularity of the Riemann Zeta Function Closure

Technical Report – THV / AnonimOS Systems / Hunter Scientific Research Division This technical report presents a geometric and computational framework for investigating the spectral stability and asymptotic regularity of the Riemann Zeta function, with particular focus on the non-trivial zeros within the critical strip. The proposed approach is based on an adimensional tensor-field representation of the analytical domain, incorporating a zero-phase shift constraint (Δφ = 0), operator conservation principles, deterministic matrix inversion, and Tikhonov diagonal spectral regularization. The study introduces five interconnected state variables: - M – Spatial Confinement Factor - G – Wave Modulation Amplitude - T – Emergent Flow Frequency - V – Dynamic Fluctuation Gradient - E – Field Phase and Orientation The computational framework investigates the relationship between tensor-field symmetry, eigenvalue stability, matrix invertibility, and the geometric behavior of the critical strip. Particular attention is devoted to the central axis Re(s) = 1/2, interpreted within the proposed model as a hyperbolic saddle point and a condition of symmetric spectral balance. The numerical registry presented in the report includes an operator integrity status, matrix singularity index, zero-alignment verification, and a local compensation factor of 0.0759 (7.59%). The work proposes a geometric interpretation of the relationship between spectral stability and the distribution of non-trivial zeros of the Riemann Zeta function.
