Strategic Retail Operations Restructuring, Inventory Optimization, and Revenue Growth Initiative: Al-Nour Men's Fashion Saudi Arabia
A simulated four-month business case study and management restructuring plan for Al-Nour Men's Fashion (a fictional retail store in Saudi Arabia). The project aims to resolve high dead stock (28% of inventory), low off-season sales, and weak operational controls through five main interventions: ABC inventory classification, controlled clearance of slow-moving items, cross-selling and bundling, margin-protected pricing, and monthly KPI reviews backed by standard operating procedures (SOPs).Designed and led the complete operational restructuring framework. This included conducting initial business assessments, SWOT and PESTLE analyses, developing a KPI dashboard and RACI responsibility matrix, structuring a $500 implementation budget, and projecting financial outcomes to achieve an estimated 119% scenario-based ROI.
