The Second Scoreboard — charge radii against the ledger's own size constant
The observable the ledger has never been asked about, asked at last — and it is the cleanest test available, because nothing is free: fm is already fixed inside the derived Coulomb coefficient (RULES D14). If real nuclei had a different size, the mass ledger would be standing on sand. Scored against fourteen benchmark rms charge radii (Angeli & Marinova 2013 compilation), via the sharp-sphere law , with no correction knobs applied: Above the law holds to a mean 3.0% across eleven decades of the table (Pb-208 to +0.1%), and the radii themselves demand fm against the ledger's 1.200, fixed before any radius was looked at. One size constant, two independent observables. A consistency, claimed as nothing more. [computed — the consistency; fenced below] This record holds one paper on its own and is refreshed every couple of months. The complete deposit, 10.5281/zenodo.21788037, holds every paper with its code and data and is updated first; for the newest version of this paper, go there.
