HYPER-DIMENSIONAL TRANSPORT AND MOLECULAR DYNAMICS OF THE FOUR-LAYER SIC/HBN/MOS2/ GRAPHENE HETEROSTRUCTURE WITHIN KHANHNIONS 96D FRAMEWORK

This paper provides a rigorous mathematical formulation for the four-layer heterogeneous framework known as the Khánh Super Four (KSF) ecosystem, comprising Silicon Carbide (SiC), hexagonal Boron Nitride (hBN), Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2), and Graphene. Operating within the 96-dimensional manifold of Khanhnions 96D, we introduce a rigorous multi-body potential mapping that unifies the tetrahedral covalent geometry of 3D SiC with the distinct 2D planar geometries of the auxiliary sheets. By employing partial trace operators, we decompose the global density matrix to track structural mutations, coordination defects, and critical cluster kinetics under ultra-fast thermal quenching from 4500 K down to 300 K. The framework guarantees numerical convergence and eliminates singularities, establishing a verified baseline for next-generation optoelectronic simulation.
