Every result here is a structural statement about the fusion rule operating on the stated beam reduction. The compositions named are real and are intended for real laboratory evaluation; binding, catalysis, activity and safety are measured quantities that this reduction does not supply, so every composition named here is handled as a compound of unknown properties, and Section 12.3 states what must be in place before any row is made. [9,9,9,9] :: {ANC} Abstract Identity Vector Amplification (IVA) is the band immediately below the Torsion Limit, τ ∈ [0.12047120798593408, 0.136899099984016), a window 1.2% of the torsion range wide. This paper reduces the amino-acid composition search space to IVA candidates, exhaustively, and gives both halves of the result: what is in the band, and how to move inside it. The engine is GAMCollider™ v15 fusion logic, the corpus's deterministic collision rule, used unchanged. Only the beams are new: each residue enters as four published counts with no divisor and no fitted scale — heavy atoms, side-chain dihedral angles (Ponder and Richards 1987), side-chain hydrogen-bond capacity (McDonald and Thornton 1994) and hydropathy (Kyte and Doolittle 1982). The band admits exactly one open bond, and the reason is that tryptophan is the largest amino acid. That single condition solves in closed form over the four distinct carrier capacities, giving 35 carrier cores and no more, in four families, with the solution set terminating at three carriers because a fourth would require a residue of hydrogen-bond capacity ten. Machine enumeration returns the same 35. Of 2,220,075 eight-residue compositions, 19,461 are IVA — a 99.1% reduction — and every one is built on one of the 35. The band is also completely connected. From n = 2 through n = 7, every IVA composition has at least one IVA extension; there are no dead ends anywhere in the space. Branching rises with chain length, from 5.38 of twenty single additions at n = 2 to 6.59 at n = 7, so the per-move hit rate holds near one third while blind search collapses from 4.94% to 0.88% — an advantage rising from 5.4× to 37.6×. When a step leaves the band with the core intact, one rule returns it, verified without exception across 32,132 cases: if the set is Locked, add a residue smaller than its current harmonic mean; if it is Shatter, add a larger one. Twenty documented sets were run against the rule as verification: fifteen complete machines close and five fragments each carry a remainder marking what is absent. Three of the eight two-residue seeds are documented machines — the cysteine protease dyad, the threonine protease dyad and the galactose oxidase crosslink — so three of the ladders are rooted in the published record. Their rungs at n ≤ 4 produce 66 literature-checkable queries, each with a definite answer. What a reader gets from this paper The complete list of carrier compositions that can reach the IVA band — 35, proved complete, with the equation solved in closed form and the solution set shown to terminate. The reason the band admits exactly one open bond, and the fact that the reason is tryptophan. A 99.1% reduction at eight residues, counted exhaustively, factored into two stages that apply independently. The proof that the band has no dead ends, with the branching table from n = 2 to n = 8. One exact rule for which direction to walk when a step leaves the band. Full registries at n = 3 and n = 4, the 35-core registry, and the rung registry for all eight ladders. The seven places where one core can be exchanged for another with no change to its corridor position, named and counted. A tier scheme split so that composition and placement are never confused, with worked exemplars. A twenty-row grounding table of documented machines and fragments, each recomputed rather than cited. 66 literature checks that need no laboratory and can move a tier today. 1. Grounding The full grounding is carried in the parent papers. It is stated here once in short, so this guide stands on its own. 1.1 The Torsion Limit The Universal Torsion Limit is TL = 0.136899099984016 and the Sovereign Anchor Constant is Ω₀ = TL × 10 = 1.36899099984016. Nothing in this guide sets it. It enters at full corpus precision from the inverse fine-structure constant, by direct subtraction: Napkin math, corpus precision Value 1/α 137.035999084000016 Subtract one TL 137.035999084000016 − 0.136899099984016 = 136.899099984016 What is left 136.899099984016 = TL × 1000, exactly Bare + kinetic 136.899099984016 + 0.136899099984016 = 137.035999084000016 Rounded to published digits 137.035999084 = CODATA 2018 Term Value QED reading PNBA reading Bare: TL × 1000 136.899099984016 The bare electron contribution Pattern capacity at the electromagnetic scale Kinetic: TL × 1 0.136899099984016 Radiative corrections, a renormalized series External forcing F_ext at Layer 0, one exact term Total: TL × 1001 137.035999084000016 Bare + perturbative series 1/α This agrees with the CODATA (Committee on Data of the International Science Council) 2018 value in every published digit at ε = 0, with no free parameter ([9,9,3,14]). The full multiplier factors as 1001 = 7 · 11 · 13, so TL = α⁻¹/1001. 1.2 The primitives and the four phases Every reduction in the corpus operates on the four irreducible primitives Pattern, Narrative, Behavior and Adaptation (PNBA). Torsion is τ = B/P, the load a system carries divided by the structure holding it. Identity Mass is IM = (P + N + B + A) × Ω₀. Phase Torsion Water Amino acid sets Noble B = 0 Ice Every hydrogen-bonding group has a partner Locked 0 < τ < TL_IVA Liquid water One bond open, held well inside the limit IVA Peak TL_IVA ≤ τ < TL The simmer, just before boiling One bond open, at the edge Shatter τ ≥ TL The boil Open capacity faster than the structure can hold Atlas phase space Figure 1. Atlas™ by AxiomForge™, phase space, residue pool at n = 3, all 1,540 sets drawn with the boundary surfaces on. Purple Noble sets lie along the floor at B_out = 0; red Shatter sets climb toward low Pattern; the thin teal and gold layer under the translucent boundary is the corridor. Produced at uuia.app/atlas. IVA stands for Identity Vector Amplification: the system is at its most active without yet changing what it is. The corridor runs from 0.88 × TL up to TL, and it is narrow, which is why it is easy to pass through without noticing. The boil is a torsion ratio. Water boils when its vapor pressure, the push of molecules escaping the liquid, equals the pressure of the air holding the liquid together. That is τ = B/P exactly: Behavior (the load) is the vapor pressure. Pattern (the structure) is the ambient pressure. Shatter is the boil, where vapor pressure reaches ambient pressure: τ = TL. IVA Peak is vapor pressure between 0.88 and 1.00 of ambient: the simmer, shaking and bubbling at the bottom of the pot before the rolling boil. So τ = TL × (vapor pressure ÷ ambient pressure), a ratio of two measured pressures with no scale chosen. The reference frame: sea level. One condition serves as the reference, and every other condition converts from it, the way every clock converts from Zulu time. At sea level, 1 atmosphere: Tier Kelvin Celsius τ Phase T1 373.15 K 100.0°C TL Shatter: the boil T1 369.54 K 96.4°C 0.88 × TL IVA floor: the simmer begins T1 below 369.54 K below 96.4°C below 0.88 × TL Locked: hot water, holding The conversion. Vapor pressure and temperature are linked by the Clausius–Clapeyron relation (Clapeyron 1834; Clausius 1850), which works in absolute temperature. Written for this mapping, the whole conversion is one line: 1/T = 1/T_ref − (R/L) · ln(p / p_ref) T_ref is the reference boil, 373.15 K for water at sea level. R/L is the gas constant over the heat of vaporization; for water, 8.314 ÷ 40,650 = 2.045 × 10⁻⁴ per kelvin. p / p_ref is the ratio being converted: a different ambient pressure for altitude or a pressure cooker, or 0.88 for the IVA floor. Check it by hand. 1/373.15 = 0.0026799. ln(0.88) = −0.12783. 0.0026799 + (2.045 × 10⁻⁴ × 0.12783) = 0.0027060. 1 ÷ 0.0027060 = 369.54 K = 96.4°C. The corridor has a constant width. The IVA term, (R/L) · |ln 0.88|, contains no pressure. In inverse temperature, the corridor is the same width at every altitude; for water, Δ(1/T) = 2.61 × 10⁻⁵ per kelvin. On a mountain the boil comes earlier and the corridor moves with it, unchanged in width: the environment decides where the line falls, and the corridor travels with the line. Other liquids, same rule. Each liquid enters with two published numbers, its normal boiling point and its heat of vaporization at that point (CRC Handbook), and nothing else changes. Every row is a T1: the boiling points are published measurements and the rule places each one at τ = TL from those values alone. Tier Liquid Boils (Shatter) IVA floor Corridor Δ(1/T) τ p
