IPR Atlas and IPR Cloud: a territorial intelligence ecosystem for regenerative land planning
The IPR Atlas and the IPR Cloud turn a rural property into a working territorial model in minutes. From the national LiDAR survey of Portugal, the system builds for each property a Cartographic Base of eighteen derived layers (terrain, contours from 25 cm to 5 m, slopes, exposure, landforms, drainage by stream order, catchments, ridges, flow accumulation, runoff, soil moisture and erosion risk) and reads it in a web map against more than 130 public and research layers. Water and fire simulators run on the property's own terrain; the IPR Cloud lets studios, municipalities and consultancies organise teams and carry the same project to QGIS and QField in the field; the Oficina is the operating layer through which a small rural team runs review, production and support with the help of AI agents. The note describes design principles, architecture, products, first results (72 Bases, 13,589 ha in the first two weeks of production) and limits. It does not disclose source code or internal parameters.
