PPKBH-4DFC Paper I: Genesis and the Six-Second Pop – Progenitor Architecture and the 90/10 Mass Budget
Standard Lambda-CDM cosmology faces severe observational challenges, from the Hubble Tension to the multi-decade absence of particulate Dark Matter and the discovery of mature galaxies at high redshift. The PPKBH-4DFC framework natively resolves these anomalies by replacing the infinite FLRW metric with a bounded, finite Kerr structure. This paper details the genesis of the progeny universe from the gravitational collapse of a supermassive progenitor star. We derive from first principles the progenitor mass ($M \approx 4.58 \times 10^6 M_\odot$), its Kerr spin ($a_* \approx 0.61$), and the scaling deflation factor ($S \approx 1.09 \times 10^{16}$) driven by the Axiom Break. The resulting phase transition enforces a strict 90/10/10e-17 mass-energy budget and initiates a 6.00-second spatial relaxation pop, transitioning the high-energy Einstein spatial curvature into a purely Newtonian temporal void governed strictly by clock-rate gradients.
