Pengaruh Earning per Share (EPS) dan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) terhadap Harga Saham pada PT Ciputra Development Tbk Periode 2014–2025

This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of Earning Per Share (EPS) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on the stock price dynamics of PT Ciputra Development Tbk over the 2014–2025 period. Employing an associative quantitative design, secondary data were obtained from audited annual financial statements officially published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study utilized 12 annual time-series observations (n = 12) processed via IBM SPSS version 27 through classical assumption diagnostic tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination evaluation. The empirical results demonstrate that EPS has no statistically significant partial effect on Stock Price (0.149 > 0.05). Similarly, DPR shows no significant partial effect (0.718 > 0.05). Simultaneously, the combination of EPS and DPR does not significantly affect stock price movements (0.320 > 0.05), with an Adjusted R2 determination coefficient of 5.1%. These findings indicate that property stock valuations are far more responsive to macroeconomic fluctuations, benchmark interest rate policies, and aggregate market sentiment rather than internal profitability metrics or dividend distributions. Consequently, investors are advised to prioritize sectoral business cycles and marketing sales realizations when formulating investment strategies.
